HostFarm.org (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as part of the LoveMedia Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting accessible and affordable digital resources. Our services provide web hosting along with access to premium WordPress themes and plugins, all distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Our Services

HostFarm.org provides web hosting services as part of our mission to support online creators. As part of this hosting service, we offer access to GPL-licensed WordPress themes and plugins.

Hosting Services Include:

Web Hosting – Users receive a hosting account to manage their websites.
Access to GPL Themes and Plugins – Subscribers can use these assets on websites hosted with HostFarm.org.
Website Management Tools – Features that assist in managing WordPress installations.

Hosting Services Do Not Include:

The sale, resale, or independent licensing of any plugins or themes.
Support or updates for themes and plugins beyond what is available from the original developers.

2. Access to WordPress Themes and Plugins

All WordPress themes and plugins available on HostFarm.org are:

Licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Available exclusively to users with an active hosting account.
Intended for use only on websites hosted with HostFarm.org.

User Restrictions:

No Redistribution – Users may not resell, share, or distribute themes or plugins.
No External Use – Plugins and themes must be used only within HostFarm.org’s hosting environment.
No Unauthorized Modifications – Users may not modify or alter plugins or themes before installing them.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Reseller Agreements & Software Distribution

HostFarm.org operates under reseller agreements with third-party providers, including but not limited to AsuraHosting.com, Softaculous. These agreements allow us to offer premium plugins and software solutions to our users.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Third-Party Licensing – Plugins and software provided through HostFarm.org may be licensed under agreements with third-party partners. Users must comply with all applicable licensing terms.
No Ownership or Endorsement – HostFarm.org does not claim ownership of any third-party software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with these providers beyond the scope of our agreements.
Service Availability & Changes – Plugin availability may change based on reseller and software provider terms.
Compliance with Third-Party Terms – Users must adhere to the licensing terms set by third-party software providers.

4. Legal Use of Products

By using HostFarm.org, you acknowledge and agree that:

You do not own any of the themes or plugins provided through our hosting service.
You may not redistribute, resell, or use these products outside of HostFarm.org’s hosting environment.
HostFarm.org is not affiliated with the original developers of these assets unless explicitly stated.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in immediate account termination.

5. Support and Updates

HostFarm.org does not guarantee updates or support for third-party themes and plugins. Updates and support are managed by the original developers.

If you require dedicated support, you may need to purchase a license directly from the original developer.

6. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access for all users, HostFarm.org enforces a Fair Use policy:

No Mass Downloading – Excessive downloading of themes and plugins in a short period is prohibited.
No Redistribution – Users may not share or distribute themes or plugins outside of HostFarm.org.

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Subscription Plans

Access to HostFarm.org services is granted through hosting subscription plans.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your hosting plan at any time. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.
Hosting Service Only – Your subscription only provides hosting access.
Non-Transferable – Hosting accounts cannot be shared or transferred.

8. Refund Policy

Since HostFarm.org provides hosting services with immediate digital access, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products provided through HostFarm.org are offered “as-is” without any warranties.

HostFarm.org disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement of third-party rights.

We do not guarantee that:

Our hosting services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The themes and plugins provided will function correctly in all environments.
Any specific third-party product will remain available.

10. Limitation of Liability

HostFarm.org will not be held responsible for:

Damages or losses from using themes, plugins, or hosting services.
Compatibility issues with third-party software.
Loss of data, website downtime, or business interruptions.

In no event shall HostFarm.org’s liability exceed the total fees paid for the hosting service in the past six (6) months.

11. Termination

HostFarm.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Modify or redistribute provided themes or plugins.
Attempt to use HostFarm.org assets outside of its hosting environment.
Engage in mass downloading.
Violate any of the Fair Use policies.

Termination may occur without notice and without refund.

12. Amendments

HostFarm.org may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our hosting services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimer

All trademarked names, logos, and brand identities mentioned on HostFarm.org remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. HostFarm.org is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any of these trademark holders.

The inclusion of any such trademarks is for descriptive and informational purposes only and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or approval.
